There is yet another ways in which freedom of individuals are compromised by the usage of Internet, which is surveillance of conformists & criminal suspects. Surveillance comes under the type of extra-legal censorship employed by the government. Censorship has long been the matter of concern for human rights activist on the matter of individual freedom vs. the sovereignty of state.
Both the discussed categories can be regarded as the enemies of Internet freedom. With the proliferation of Internet, it’s indispensable to analyze & refurbish Internet into a more organized & secure system. As Voltaire said, “Freedom of expression is the foundation of all other freedoms. Without it, there are no free nations”.  So the Internet freedom must be designed while keeping a note of universal freedom & human rights of individuals.
