The greed for more, often results into pernicious wound & massive exploitation of the downtrodden community of the society.

US is making effort to make Afghanistan a self sustainable country by subsequently transfer of power. US is not intending to completely remove its forces because it will threaten the rise of Taliban again & may compromise security of neighbouring nations like Pakistan & India. NATO forces can complement the US army to some extent.
