Essay:Is U.S. decision of removing its troops from Afganistan justifed?

President Obama led U.S. government has decided to remove its troops from Afghanistan due to enormous army expense. US is making effort to make Afghanistan a self sustainable country by subsequently transfer of power. US is not intending to completely remove its forces because it will threaten the rise of Taliban again & may compromise security of neighbouring nations like Pakistan & India. NATO forces can complement the US army to some extent.

The US decision is justified because it's facing economic meltdown & warfare expenses is very high which is affecting world economy.
US is also encouraging the Afghan people for rebuilding their nation. US had helped  stabilizing the  government for steady progress. The retention rate of Afghan army is increasing due to government initiatives which are a good sign for Afghanistan.
On the other hand substantial decrease of US forces in Afghanistan can pose threat of revival of Taliban which may have adverse impact on neighboring nations, India & Pakistan. The infamous terrorist group Al Qaida may pose attacks on American homeland similar to 9/11.
So, it's a crucial time for US to revamp it's war tactics. For reducing the troops it can resort to counter-terrorist & drone attack strategies. The Afghanistan army should also be strength enough so that they can handle the threats.  The NATO forces may play a pivotal role after the US troops have left the country
